Join us for a delightful yoga program tailored especially for pre-schoolers between 2 and 5 years. Infants from 6 months old are welcome too!
Let your little yogis embark on a journey of self-discovery and joy as we explore various facets of yoga and mindfulness in a playful and nurturing environment. Through imaginative and age-appropriate yoga poses and movements, children will embark on exciting yoga adventures, exploring their bodies and capabilities in a fun and interactive way. Children can also expect to groove and giggle along with original songs and games, Djembe African drumming and movement, meditation and relaxation, and mindful colouring-in. All while working together and developing social skills, building their confidence, developing focus, empathy and compassion and most importantly – having FUN!

Join us for a FREE trial session, and then embark on a magical journey of self-discovery and connection for 8 weeks beginning Friday 21st February for just $15 a session.
• This workshop is suitable for pre-school aged children from 6 months old only - Council reserves the right to remove any bookings that are made outside of this age group. If your child is 5 and attending school, please book into Children's Yoga (Ages 5 - 12).
• This workshop is FREE however registrations are essential and places are limited
• Parents and Carers are required to stay with children for the duration of the program.
• Yoga mats will be provided for all children and sanitised after each use, but you are welcome to bring your own
• Parents and Carers are encouraged to participate alongside their child but must bring their own mat
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow for registration. Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after the start time may have their place forfeited.
• If you can longer attend, please cancel your ticket or contact PHIVEtickets@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au to cancel your ticket - Continuous "no shows" may lose their spaces in other programs booked
