Our Duty Planners can provide front-end planning and development information for residents, property owners, building and development professionals. 

Please note: We are unable to provide detailed assessment and go through all sections of planning controls and legislative requirements applicable for development proposals you are considering. For detailed advice and to obtain a written advisory report you can lodge a Pre-Lodgement Meeting (fees apply) or you can engage your own planning/development consultant.
