Hip Hop Dance Class - 9-14 years

Class Description: Hip Hop Dance is a style of movement characterised by bounces and rocks executed to hip hop music. Originating from the Bronx in New York City in 1970's the genre is constantly evolving and used by artists such as Flo Rida, Beyonce and Rihanna to name a few.

About your instructor: Jaylah Nakhoul, used to work in Disneyland Paris as a dancer. She has her Certificate IV in Peforming arts at Brent Street and a Bachelor of dance and physical education. She is currently working as a high school teacher and also teaches holiday programs for Little Leaders.

It is our duty of care to ensure you are fit for exercise. When registering for Active Parramatta School Holiday programs you will be asked to indicate any relevant medical conditions, disabilities and allergies that could affect your child/ren’s participation. This is to ensure appropriate support can be provided.

Spaces are limited. We employ a “first in best dressed” policy. If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, you MUST cancel via Bookable. People who book and are no shows on the day WILL lose their spaces in any other programs they book. Our program is very popular and have long waiting lists and by letting us know you can’t make it; we can open spots up to children waiting to participate.  

Registrations are essential to participate in any program. Your child/ren’s attendance is important. Program continuation is subject to participation over time and community interest. 

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to communicate all medical issues/injuries their child/ren has with the facilitator prior to the event. 

Parents/Guardian’s enrol their child/ren to participate in the program at their own risk
