Property owners
Property owners can click the buttons below to report Issues with Bins or to complete a Domestic Waste Service Form to arrange a variety of services, including:
- cancelling additional bins
- starting a new waste service
- cancelling a waste service
- upgrading to a bigger bin
- downgrading to a smaller bin that helps to reduce landfill.
Important note: Waste collection services will operate as usual, including public holidays. Outstanding bin upgrade requests will be actioned in the new year as Council and its contractors operate with reduced services during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
