Council is committed to providing high quality and timely services to the community.

This includes responding to, and resolving, customer requests in a reasonable timeframe, and delivering key services to the community on schedule.

The graphs in this dashboard show Council’s performance in adhering to target schedules, and processing customer requests against target timeframes, in a number of key service areas.
