Notice is hereby given that the City of Parramatta Council endorsed at its meeting on 14 April 2025, a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for the land which is referred to as North-East Planning Investigation Area and is located at the north-eastern fringe of the Parramatta City Centre and includes properties between Isabella Street and Ross Street, Parramatta.
Land within the NEPIA will now be known as the ‘North-East Parramatta Precinct’.
The controls for the ‘North-East Parramatta Precinct’ will form Section 8.3.10 of Parramatta DCP 2023.
The site-specific DCP provides detailed guidelines on built form, heritage transitions, vehicular access and parking and floodplain risk management.
The site-specific DCP will come into effect as soon as practicable following finalisation of the amendment to the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2023 and publishing on the NSW Legislation website.
