Draft Parramatta City Centre Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2022 Amendment No. 3

City of Parramatta Council is inviting submissions on amendments to the Parramatta City Centre Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2022 that will change the contributions payable in the Church Street North Precinct.

This exhibition is required under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 as it seeks to replace Parramatta City Centre Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2022 – Amendment No 2.

All submissions are to be received by 5pm on Friday 19 April 2024.

Proposed changes

This current draft amendment (Amendment No. 3) seeks to make changes to the Plan as outlined below:

• Remove the Church Street North Precinct from “Area A”
• Apply a new “Area B” for the Church Street North Precinct
• Apply the following percentage contributions rates to the Church Street North Precinct:
  • 4% for residential accommodation where the development cost is over $250,000
  • 4% for mixed-use development (development including residential accommodation and other land uses) where the development cost is over $250,000
  • 3% for other development (excluding residential accommodation) where the total development cost is over $250,000
