Parramatta is experiencing one of the most exciting transformations in its history and residents can have their say on the performance of City of Parramatta with the launch of its annual Community Satisfaction Survey.
The survey provides valuable feedback on Council’s services, facilities and initiatives and helps shape the way Council operates.
City of Parramatta Lord Mayor Cr Martin Zaiter said Council is genuine about listening to local residents and businesses.
”This survey is about understanding what our growing community wants and needs – the feedback helps us identify things we can do as a council to make everyday life easier and to shape our plans for the future,” Cr Zaiter said.
More than 1,900 people responded to the 2023 Community Satisfaction Survey which showed an overall increase in satisfaction with Council.
“But it also showed areas where we can do better and provided valuable data on customer experience which has been used to develop a range of initiatives to make it easier to interact with Council across every channel,” Cr Zaiter said.
Feedback is also open for Council’s annual business survey – a key gauge of how Council is serving business needs.
“If we’re going to continue growing our economy and ensuring businesses thrive, we need to understand how we can make business interactions with Council easier and the priorities for action,” Cr Zaiter said.
