City of Parramatta is proposing to install the following pedestrian facilities in Epping and Wentworth Point to improve pedestrian safety near schools:
1. Ray Road, East of Kent Street, Epping (near Epping Heights Public School) – Install a new raised pedestrian crossing (Ref no. TS 2021 39). Click here to view plan
2. Burroway Road east of Wentworth Place, Wentworth Point (outside Wentworth Point High School) – Install a new raised pedestrian crossing (Ref no. TS 2021 36). Click here to view plan
Council is consulting with the community and is inviting written submissions from residents, businesses and relevant authorities. Submissions must be provided to Council by Friday, 22 December 2023
