Have your say on changes to the Parramatta City Centre Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan, currently on public exhibition.
The draft amendment applies higher percentage rates to land bound by Smith Street, the northern side of Phillip Street, Charles Street, and the Parramatta River (the Phillip Street block).
This will bring the Phillip Street block into line with the remainder of the City Centre.
