NSW Health service also offers free telephone-based health coaching that can provide you with the support and motivation you need to reach your own healthy lifestyle goals.
Spring into Health
During September, our libraries celebrate Health Month with a range of free activities and information sessions to help you and your family become healthier. We will have sessions to guide your understanding of breastfeeding, immunisation, diabetes, stroke, healthy eating and more. You can also attend a VR fitness activity or have your hearing checked.
