City of Parramatta Seniors Festival 2025 Events
The NSW Seniors Festival is an annual government initiative focused on celebrating the contributions of seniors in the local community. It is a great opportunity to explore your local area and find new ways to be social, learn new skills to improve quality of life and have fun!
City of Parramatta is committed to supporting the community in being active and engaged. This is done through a wide range of programs and services including accessible and inclusive fitness events held at the Parramatta Aquatic Centre, entertaining shows at the Riverside Theatre, fun workshops at various libraries, as well as online workshops for those who cannot physically attend events.

Join the PAC Seniors community for 2 weeks from Monday 03 March to Thursday 13 March 2025.

This year the official theme is ‘Time to Shine’, PAC will be offering a range of fun and social wellness events that provide opportunities for seniors to try new experiences that encourage a healthy lifestyle.
The small access fee of $5.70 including GST, will enable you full facility between 9am and 3pm daily which includes our popular Sauna, Spa and Steam rooms.
To add additional value, the PAC has an exciting line-up of Seniors Specific classes and activities including:- Seniors Fit

- Workshop: Fall prevention and how to get up from the floor
