City of Parramatta Community Care offer services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Commonwealth Home Care Packages and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Please read the attached brochure for more information on fun social activities and support that can keep you living independently in your own home longer.
There is also a wide range of activities for people over 55 years of age in and around our local government area.
