Use this form to change your postal address for properties within the City of Parramatta Local Government Area.
If you are a managing agent you will need to attach a copy of the managing agents agreement to validate your request.
Please note: This form cannot be used to change the name shown on your rate account.
To do so please change your name on the Certificate of Title for your land by contacting NSW Land Registry Services, either by calling 1300 052 637 or visiting www.nswlrs.com.au (alternatively contact your solicitor/conveyancer to do this for you).
Council will then update it's rate account records once advised by the NSW Land Registry Services.
