ITT 336 Hire of Equipment with Operators

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences

ABOUT THE TENDER:
The purpose of this tender is to select and appoint multiple suppliers for the procurement for services of Wet Hire of Plant and Equipment (Equipment with Operators), ensuring the City of Parramatta Council receives the best value for money. The key deliverables or outcomes from the specification are:

Establish a schedule of rates for timeframes for a contract for the hire of various types of Plant and Equipment including operators for 2 years, with provision for two one-year extensions including:

• Excavator (3,5 and 12 tonne)
• Bobcat profiler, combo, teeth bucket and broom (dust suppressants procedures)
• Wheel Loaders
• Trax Loaders
• Skid Steer loaders
• Tipper Trucks
• Crane Trucks
• Backhoes
• Rollers
• Small Pant
• Specialised Equipment

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
