Parramatta Square is one of Australia's largest commercial business precincts seamlessly integrating commercial office space with convenient retail. Located between Darcy Street and Macquarie Street, Parramatta Square comprises four premium A-grade commercial towers with 240,000 square metres of new office and retail space around a new 10,000 square metre public domain.

The vision for Parramatta Square was to create a city within a city, a place with vibrant, energised, people-friendly spaces. This vision has been realised through inspired architecture, considered placemaking and state-of-the-art facilities.
This new benchmark in office accommodation has been recognised by industry leaders who, by moving their Sydney offices to Parramatta Square, are heralding the shift of corporate Sydney from traditional CBD offices to the geographical centre of Sydney in the heart of Parramatta.

Parramatta Square is now the corporate address to many high profile organisations, which includes New South Wales Government, National Australia Bank, Business Western Sydney, GT Insurance, Spirit Super and Indesco.
The refurbishment of the Parramatta Town Hall or '7 Parramatta Square' will contain a revitalised Main Hall including new pre-function space, catering kitchen, private dining and exhibition spaces, meeting rooms and public amenities and a destinational bar/ restaurant.
The development of a new Civic Precinct or '5 Parramatta Square' will provide modern amenity including, Council Chambers, Gallery function space, public library, children's library, programmable flexible spaces, public space, community meeting rooms, exhibition and function spaces and an anchor cafe tenancy.
Upon completion of the final tower in 2023, this once-in-a-generation transformational project for the city will be home to over 24,000 workers daily.
