ABOUT THE TENDER
City of Parramatta Council is seeking to appoint reputable suppliers to provide event services to service the numerous events and festivals that Council stages in the Parramatta Local Government Area. The services for this Tender are divided into two (2) parts of which tenderers may apply for one or both parts. These services are:
A. Structures and furniture
B. Power, distribution, generators, LX towers and electricians for events.

Tenders close at 10.00am, Tuesday, 25 July 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
