ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences
ABOUT THE TENDER:
The Council is inviting Tenders from experienced building contractors for the demolition of an existing amenities building and construction of a new double-storey building with an open viewing platform.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to;
a) Preliminaries and site establishment including survey set out;
b) Demolition of existing amenities building and construction of a new double-storey building with public amenities, storerooms, change rooms, Kiosk, and viewing platform;
c) External concrete access ramps, stairs and footpaths;
d) Landscaping, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic works; and
e) Provision of As-Built Drawings and certification of works in compliance with design drawings and relevant standards.
Tenderers must have ISO Certified Systems for Work Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Management and Environmental Management to be considered for this tender.
A final decision will be made regarding this Tender in February 2025, with works anticipated to commence in March 2025. The Tender price is for a fixed lump sum.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed on Friday 27 September 2024, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at Max Ruddock Reserve, Romulus St, Winston Hills.
