ABOUT THE COUNCIL: 

The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences

ABOUT THE TENDER:  

City of Parramatta Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to manage the operation, maintenance, and function of Council’s owned / or operated Splash-parks

•    In season daily maintenance and water quality control of the splash-park’s water treatment systems
•    In season daily safety inspections & cleaning of the splash-parks and surrounding areas
•    Management and repairs to mechanical equipment including pumps, water monitoring systems, hydraulic infrastructure 
•    Off season cleaning and auditing of tanks and filtration systems 
•    Detailed and compliant reporting and document management to meet relevant regulations

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed to be held at:

9:00am Thursday 24th August 2023, commencing at 

•    Dundas Park, Yates Ave, Dundas Valley, NSW, 2117, 9am, corner of Yates Avenue and Quarry Street, Dundas valley.
•    James Ruse Reserve, Hassall St, Parramatta, NSW, 2150, 10:15am Hassall Street Carpark corner of Parkes Street & Hassall Street, Parramatta,
•    Ollie Webb Reserve, 37A Glebe St Parramatta, NSW, 2150, 11:15am Glebe Street, Parramatta.
