ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences
ABOUT THE TENDER: Council is seeking to establish a new contract for the Management and Maintenance, facilities and services of our Paid Parking off-street assets within the Parramatta Local Government area.
Council is currently working with TMA to install Scheidt & Bachmann ticketless and cashless technology into our boom gated car parks within the CBD.
• Parramatta Station MLCP (15 Wentworth St, Parramatta);
• Eat Street MLCP (30 George St, Parramatta); and
• Justice Precinct MLCP (4-14 Hunter Street, Parramatta).
• Parramatta Square Car Park (3 Parramatta Square, off Darcy Street, Parramatta)
• Parramatta Aquatic Centre (PAC) (7 Park Parade, Parramatta)
A mandatory briefing and site inspection will be held at 9:00am, Friday 24 May 2024. The briefing will commence at Council Offices at 126 Church Street Parramatta followed by site walks to all three of Council’s MLCP’s. Staff will meet you in the foyer to sign in and then escort you to the meeting room location. It is anticipated to run for approximately four hours. We will be walking between the five locations.
Tenderers are required to submit the names of attendees to the Procurement Officer by the 21 May 2024. Further details and safety requirements will then be provided, any questions questions arise are to be submitted via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au

Tenders close at 10.00am, Tuesday 11 June 2024 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
