Gallery Gardens Outdoor Cinema Night

Tickets to this event have now sold out.

The City of Parramatta is pleased to announce the recent upgrades to Gallery Gardens in Old Toongabbie are now complete and officially open.

To celebrate, Council is hosting a movie night at Gallery Gardens, with a special screening of Dolittle (2020) from 6pm.

When: Thursday, 15 April, 4.30pm - 8pm

Movie tickets are $5 plus booking fee per person. Each ticket purchase includes a sausage sizzle, a drink and popcorn to enjoy on the night.

There will also be live music performances by Saphia Tamalemai and Sienna Motti from 4.30pm.
Additional purchases can be made from our coffee cart and ice cream truck.

There will be limited seating on the event, so we encourage you to bring along a chair or picnic rug.

All registered ticket holders present on the night will also go into the draw to win one of three $50 AT Parramatta Gift Cards, which will be drawn by our Parramatta Ward Councillors on the night.

The $830,000 upgrades at Gallery Gardens include:

  • resurfaced tennis courts and upgraded tennis amenity buildings;
  • new playground, fitness station and seating; and
  • enhanced bush regeneration area and signage.

City of Parramatta is committed to upgrading public spaces like Gallery Gardens to ensure that our growing local community has access to first class facilities close to home.

We listened to your feedback and worked with local tennis players and bushcare volunteers to ensure the upgrades met the community’s needs.

This project was supported by the NSW Government, who provided $181,000 in grant funding to assist in the delivery of these upgrades.
