It’s home to 10,000 students from the School of Business. It is designed to promote close relationships with the business community, and has allowed the University to expand and leverage its research expertise.

The 15-storey building was developed in close collaboration with the University, which holds a 40-year lease to house its principal campus in the Parramatta CBD.

An open space for the community to enjoy

Parramatta Square's public space has become a lively and engaging connection between the world-class buildings that surround it, an engaging gathering place and connecting people with public transport.

PHIVE and Parramatta Town Hall are key community and civic hubs at Parramatta Square, where public art, including Place of the Eels by Sean Cordiero and Claire Healy and Reko Rennie's Where the Eels Lie Down, and the Dharug Circle, complete a 20-year vision for the City by telling its history over thousands of years.

In addition to becoming an area for office workers to mingle, Parramatta Square also serves as a public space and forecourt for students, as well as a place for community gathering and entertainment.
