PAC School Holiday Swimming Intensives

Fast-track your child's swimming skills and confidence in the pool. The program is also a great way to keep children active and having fun during the school holidays.‌

PAC School Holiday Squad Program

Get your child ready for the summer carnival season. Book a 45-minute session with our Head Coach and focus on improving racing skills such as dives, turns, finishes, speed and stroke efficiency.‌

This program only runs during the Summer school holidays and is suitable for students currently enrolled in our Eels, Dolphin, Stingray, Shark or Thunderbolt levels.

When is the holiday program running?

Our Swimming Intensive Program takes place during NSW School Holidays.

Week One 

Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October 2026

Week Two 

Tuesday 6 October to Friday 9 October 2026 

How much does the program cost?

The Swimming Intensives program can be booked for 1 or 2 weeks. Each student books in for a minimum of the 1 week and attends all relevant 30 minute lessons. 

Week 1 (5 days) $121.25 per week, per student

Week 2 (4 days) $97.00 per week, per student

How do I book and pay for the program?

Swimming Intensives

Currently enrolled students will be able to view and book a place in the holiday program via the client portal with their current account details. 

Non-enrolled students will be prompted to set up a free guest account and will then be able to view the program and book in via the client portal. 

All bookings are paid upfront at time of booking. Please be advised that we are a cashless venue. All payments are non-transferable and cannot be refunded.

How old does the student need to be to participate in the holiday program?

Swimming Intensives - Catering to preschool and school age students (3 – 17 years). The time and level will depend on the students age and swimming ability.


 

Does my child need to be enrolled in the PAC swim school to book?

No, our Swimming Intensives are open to both enrolled and non-enrolled swimmers who are looking to fast track their confidence and skills in the pool.

 

Do I need to book for a full week?

Yes, for the swim intensives program students need to book in for the specific date ranges and must attend all classes across the chosen week. This is to ensure that they get the benefits of daily lessons to help boost their skills and confidence. 

The squad holiday program can be booked as individual sessions. 

 

Will my lesson be at the same time each day?

Yes, your lesson will be same time each day of the program week you have booked. If you book for multiple weeks, times may vary.

 

Can I come along and join on the day?

Subject to availability, spaces may be available on the day. It is advised that you book in advance to avoid disappointment and secure a place prior to the start of the program.

 

Do I need to be in the centre while my child is in their lesson?

Yes. The PAC follows the Royal Life Keep Watch Policy. Parents are required to remain in the pool area for the duration of their child’s lesson.

 

How do I access the centre for my booking?

To access the centre to attend your booking, you will use your unique QR code via our app. Please download the app here and login with your client portal details.

 

What do I need to wear to my lesson?

All participants in the water are required to be in appropriate swimwear made from Lycra and Nylon; we do not permit regular clothes of any type in the pools. This assists us in maintaining a high-level water quality for all our patrons to enjoy.

Swimmers who are not toilet trained are required to wear a swimming nappy to assist us in avoiding pool closures. Children’s disposable and reusable swim nappies are available for purchase at the Service Desk & Retail Area.
