PAC School Holiday Swimming Intensives
Fast-track your child’s skills and confidence in the pool. The program is also the perfect way to keep them active and having fun during the school holidays.
PAC School Holiday Squad Race Clinics
Get your child ready for a successful carnival season this summer! Book into a 45-minute session with our Head Coach and focus on improving your racing skills such as dives, turns, finishes and increasing speed & stroke efficiency in the water.
This program is suitable for any student currently enrolled in our Eels, Dolphin, Stingray, Shark or Thunderbolt levels.

Our Swimming Intensive Program takes place during NSW School Holidays. Our Spring program will commence from Monday 29 September. See dates and costs below.
Week One
- Monday 29 September to Friday 03 October
Week Two
Tuesday 07 October to Friday 10 October
Our Race Clinics are one off 45-minute sessions and are available over 4 dates during the spring school holidays.
Week One
- Tuesday 30 September (Freestyle Starts/Turns/ Sprint work)
- Thursday 02 October (Backstroke Starts/ Turns/ Sprint work)
Week Two
- Tuesday 07 October (Butterfly Starts/ Turns/ Sprint work)
- Thursday 09 October (Breaststroke Starts/ Turns/ Sprint work)

The Swimming Intensives program can be booked for 1 or 2 weeks. Each student books in for a minimum of the 1 week and attends all relevant 30 minute lessons.
- Week 1 (5 days) $115.50 per week, per student
- Week 2 (4 days) $92.40 per week, per student
Our Race Clinics are one off 45-minute sessions and are $23.10 per session. Students can book multiple sessions.

Currently enrolled students will be able to view and book a place in the holiday program via the client portal with their current account details.
Non-enrolled students will be prompted to set up a free guest account and will then be able to view the program and book in via the client portal.
All bookings are paid upfront at time of booking. Please be advised that we are a cashless venue. All payments are non-transferable and cannot be refunded.

Swimming Intensives cater to preschool and school age students (3 – 17 years). The time and level will depend on the students age and swimming ability.
Race Clinics are suitable for students in our Eels, Dolphin, Stingray, Shark and Thunderbolt levels.

No, our Swimming Intensives and Family Swim Programs are open to both enrolled and non-enrolled swimmers who are looking to fast track their confidence and skills in the pool.

Yes, for the swim intensives program students need to book in for the specific date ranges and must attend all classes across the chosen week. This is to ensure that they get the benefits of daily lessons to help boost their skills and confidence.
Race clinics are one off sessions.

Yes, your lesson will be same time each day of the program week you have booked. If you book for multiple weeks, times may vary.

Subject to availability, spaces may be available on the day. It is advised that you book in advance to avoid disappointment and secure a place prior to the start of the program.

Yes. The PAC follows the Royal Life Keep Watch Policy. Parents are required to remain in the pool area for the duration of their child’s lesson.

To access the centre to attend your booking, you will use your unique QR code via our app. Please download the app here and login with your client portal details.

All participants in the water are required to be in appropriate swimwear made from Lycra and Nylon; we do not permit regular clothes of any type in the pools. This assists us in maintaining a high-level water quality for all our patrons to enjoy.
Swimmers who are not toilet trained are required to wear a swimming nappy to assist us in avoiding pool closures. Children’s disposable and reusable swim nappies are available for purchase at the Service Desk & Retail Area.
