About the Program
PAC Youth is a 6 week after-school youth fitness program for Teens 11 to 15 years. In a fun and inclusive environment, qualified fitness trainers will guide participants through age appropriate exercise, strength training technique, appropriate facility behaviours all while integrating games and activities based around teamwork, and physical activity.
- Next Term Starts: Tuesday 5 November
- Duration: 6-weeks
- Day/Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm- 4:30pm
- Cost: $37.60 per fortnight (6-week direct debit minimum- ongoing unless cancelled with 2 weeks notice)
- Age: 11 - 15 years
Simple overview of the program will include:
- Gym induction
- Fundamental movements and technique
- Basics of programming
- Control, breathing, self awareness, fatigue management

Once participants have been deemed to have successfully completed the program, they will gain a certificate of completion which will allow them to use the PAC gym facility between the hours of 3pm and 5pm - Monday to Friday (Actively supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of 18).
