Learn to Swim The PAC
Learn To Swim classes at The PAC are available throughout the year catering for a wide range of different ages and abilities. The majority of classes are held in the Gulyangarri Badu (Children’s Pool), our dedicated Learn To Swim indoor pool, which is heated and is suitable for year-round use.
To enrol in our program please follow the below steps:
- Create a Parent/Guardian Account
- Enter the client portal and press Book->Courses
- Add a new family member and complete the assessment flow
- Select and enrol into the class
There are several skill levels available, including:

Aimed at children 6 months to 3 years, our Infants/Parents swim class is designed to build water confidence and to give you the skills to help your child develop.
Offered over 3 different levels, these classes aim to familiarise your child with water, through games, activities, and plenty of encouragement.
A parent/carer is required to be in the water with each child for the duration of the lesson.
Little Starfish
6-12 Months

Each child develops their elementary survival and swimming skills.

Children aged 3 years to 5 years, develop water confidence, safety, and coordination in these classes. Through games and activities, children are introduced to floating, kicking, submerging, controlled breathing, and basic swimming strokes.
Over three different levels, children will begin to develop water confidence and learn basic swimming skills with little to no assistance. They will develop swimming strokes using drills allowing them to perfect each skill, and extend their distance swimming.
The government First Lap learn to swim vouchers will be accepted for these sessions.

Developed for children ages 5 and over, these swimming lessons are perfect for all school aged children. With 4 different levels, this comprehensive program develops a wide range of skills to ensure children are competent in all strokes, water safety and survival.

If you need help polishing up your backstroke, or help with your butterfly, then our stroke development class is for you.
In our stroke development classes, instructors will analyse your stroke and give you advice on how to correct it by using drills that will improve your style as well as help to increase fitness and endurance.

It is never too late to learn to swim!
This class is offered at 3 levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. These classes feature the development of water confidence, safety skills and basic strokes. Intermediate and advanced classes include stroke correction, breathing techniques and arm strokes.

Thank you for your interest in Project Harmony.
Project Harmony is a collaborative initiative spearheaded by Royal Life Saving NSW with backing from the NSW Government and various Local Governments across Western and South Western Sydney. It aims to provide 10 complimentary swimming lessons to underprivileged preschool children in Western Sydney who have previously lacked access to such programs.
The first step is to visit our website client portal to create a guest account or to login to a current account & add your child as a family member.
Once on the portal, under the “Book” & “Courses” tab, select the navy blue Add new family member button, to add the student to your profile.
This will take you through a series of short videos to assess your child’s skill level.
After the online assessment:
• Filter out the Activity Type to Pre-school &Level to Clownfish.
• Scroll down the page where you will see RLS Project Harmony classes.
• Select Enrol Now & follow the prompts.Once the enrolment is complete, please reply to this email with the First lap voucher you wish to use as an attachment.
Classes for the program will be 30-minute weekly lessons, held on Tuesday & Wednesday mornings between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
If you cannot attend on either of these days, please let us know your preference and we will work with you to ensure you have a place in the program.Learn more about this initiative here.
