Welcome to the PAC! A fitness, wellness and relaxation hub offering a safe and supportive environment suitable for all ages, abilities, backgrounds, skills and interests. With multiple swimming pools and a state-of-the-art gym, you'll easily find something you enjoy to keep you active at the PAC!
We have compiled some frequently asked questions that cover a wide range of topics related to utilising this new facility.

- Creche: Monday - Saturday 9am - 12:30pm

The facility has cleaning staff and contractors that have an extensive schedule to ensure a clean and high-quality experience is had by all visitors. Spot cleaning will be conducted during the operational hours and a deep clean will be conducted overnight daily.
Please ensure when using the gym facilities that you bring a towel and wipe equipment with the sanitising wipes provided after you have finished using each equipment item.

The facility is a Royal Lifesaving Saving Keep Watch partner and enforces the keep watch policy. For the Gym, patrons must be 16 years+ unless in a PAC approved program.

There are 3 pools at the PAC! These include a 50m outdoor pool, Indoor 25m Leisure pool and dedicated learn to swim program pool. We also have an indoor splash zone that includes interactive play equipment for patrons to enjoy.
Wanting to unwind? The PAC also has a spa, sauna and steam room that can be used by patrons with the appropriate membership or casual visits to use the facilities can be purchased. Time limits in accordance with NSW Health Guidelines are applicable for these facilities.

Lockers are available for use during your visit to the facility. Please ensure items stored in the lockers are removed prior to you leaving the facility; items remaining in lockers will be removed and store in our lost property at the end of each day.

There is limited parking onsite. 2 hours free parking is available to eligible visit. After this, parking is charged at $3.50 per 30 minutes.
The facility is a 10-minute walk from Parramatta or Westmead stations.
We also have overflow parking available in Hunter Street (Justice Precinct Car Park) which is a 5-minute walk to the facility.
We also have bike racks at the entrance to the facility; please supple your own lock.

Yes, the PAC Swim Shop offers a range of swim accessories, swimwear, and fitness equipment. We will have multiple brands including Speedo and Zoggs, with price points that are suitable for the whole community.

Yes, PAC has an onsite creche that is available for our members to use Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm. It is suitable for children 12 weeks old through to 5 years old. Our creche team are trained childcare workers and will offer appropriate education and interactive play for the children during their stay. Each child will be required to be booked into the creche prior to attending with a maximum daily booking of 1.5 hours per child.

We have multiple Change Villages throughout the facility that are inclusive for all our patrons. The Change Village areas are complimented by deck showers located throughout the pool areas. These include family and accessible change rooms facilities.

Yes, the Parramatta Aquatic Centre does accept Fitness Passport for its aquatic facilities. This includes the 50m outdoor heated pool, 25m Indoor heated Leisure pool and the Indoor Splash Zone. Learn more.
