About The Charles Byrnes Room

Formerly used as Council Chambers and offices, The Charles Byrnes Room, named after the first sitting Mayor of Parramatta, carries history within its walls, with original decorative ceilings, a marble fireplace and modern pendant lighting to highlight its striking architectural features.

A small platform at the southern end of the room makes the perfect low stage for a presentation, product feature or space to serve refreshments.

The Charles Byrnes Room is available for hire when booking The Great Hall or The Ngurra Gunya Room, or standalone based on availability.
