Event Catering

At Parramatta Town Hall, we are committed to making your event exceptional with our flexible catering options. You have the flexibility to choose from any Gold Licence or accredited caterer (with evidence of HACCP, a Food Safety Management plan and Insurances), ensuring a wide selection of high-quality cuisine tailored to meet your dietary, cultural requirements or preferred cuisine and most importantly your budget.

Our venue includes a commercial kitchen available for hire at an additional cost, providing your chosen caterer with the facilities needed to prepare and serve. This flexibility allows you to work with your preferred caterer, giving you peace of mind that your events culinary experience will be in expect hands.

If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, a liquor licence will be required, this can be managed through your selected caterer with an off-premise liquor licence.

Simple Catering

If the commercial kitchen is not required, you can make your own arrangements for light refreshments (where alcohol is not being served). All food must be commercially pre-packaged and labelled.
