The City of Parramatta Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 11 October 2021 approved for finalisation the Melrose Park North amendment to the Parramatta Local Environment Plan and Parramatta Development Control Plan.
The Melrose Park North amendment to the Parramatta Local Environment Plan 2023 was gazetted on 10 November 2023. Consequently, the Melrose Park North amendment to the Parramatta Development Control Plan 2023 will come into effect on 1 December 2023.
