As part of our July School Holiday and NAIDOC Week program we invite you to join us in this weaving workshop with Senior Dharug woman Corina Norman.
This workshop is a special opportunity to learn traditional weaving techniques such as the coiled weave. You will also be introduced to Dharug language, culture and the oral history of the coil weave, fibres used and their purposes.

10:00am - 12:00 noon
2:00pm - 4:00pm

Important information:
Duration: 2 hours
This workshop is open to families, carers and young people aged 5 years and up with their families
Parents must accompany children and stay during the activity.
Location: Level 3 Makerspace
The workshop is free however registrations are essential
