For detailed flood information, required by Council for planning and development applications, please submit a Flood Enquiry Application.
This process can be undertaken by going to Council’s Online Service Request page, then following 3 steps below:
1. Click on 'Lodge an application' tile
2. In the page that opens click on the Development tab
You can apply by visiting the Planning Certificate page (otherwise known as a Section 10.7 certificate). This certificate provides a range of planning information applicable to the property, potentially including planning controls relating to flooding.
