Expression of Interest Vending Machine/s for Council

City of Parramatta is seeking Expression of Interest for food and drink vending machine/s at Council’s Rydalmere Operational Centre, 316 Victoria Road, Rydalmere. 

The vending machine/s will be situated inside the lunch room for use by all Council staff, with the need to be operational at all times, 7-days per week.

Council encourages applications from vending machine suppliers who can provide healthy foods at affordable prices. Environmentally-friendly packaged items will be highly regarded.

Vending machine supplier proposals will be judged on various selection criteria: 

• Healthy food / drink option availability
• Snacks and ready meal options (e.g. tuna and rice, microwavable style)
• Affordability for consumers
• High protein, GF & Vege/Vegan options
• Vending machines are to be self-sufficient, however power is available onsite
• Must be able to supply insurance certificates, including public liability insurance
• Required to sell safe and suitable food in accordance with the provisions of the NSW Food
  Act 2003, Food Regulation 2015 and Food Standards Code

Applications submitted without the required information and documentation will not be considered.
